There are two important purposes in education. The first is INFORMATIVE. It is
the communication of information. The second is FORMATIVE. It is the shaping of
the person, the forming of character, the development of proper standards of
conduct, etc. To educate a child academically and not be concerned about his
moral and spiritual training, is to set in motion the beginning of the end of
our civilized world. Foothill Christian School places a high priority on forming
the student as well as informing, and we are thankful for another year of
working with parents in giving their children the kind of well-balanced education
in a Christian environment that will prepare them for useful, successful,
God-blessed lives in the years to come.
